„There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! “

„I regret booking this apartment. It is not located on the beach as advertised, and it’s much farther from Waikiki Beach than expected, a 30-40 minute walk. The closest beach is near the Hilton hotel, a 15-minute walk away, but the bottom is rocky. The room itself is very small, and the building feels outdated. The elevator is slow and sometimes stops working when it’s windy (we had to walk down from the 37th floor). The toiletries were almost empty, we occasionally saw cockroaches in the sink, ...

„We had a great time at this place. We had booked mountain view and really had a great view from our balcony. The apartment was great and super convenient. It has a fully functioning kitchen and there is an ABC store not far for groceries. There is a laundry room on each floor with 1xwasher and 1xdryer. It's best to bring quarters for that but the reception could also exchange your money into coins for you. The checkin was quick and easy. They held our bags until the room was ready. „Todo estaba muy limpio, las personas que me ayudaron todas muy amables, no recuerdo el nombre del joven del valet pero fue muy amable. Cuando ya estabamos por irnos Richard y Emily nos ayudaron con nuestras cosas a subirlas al carro, hablaron con mi hijo, sin duda alguna regresaremos de vacaciones a este mismo lugar. Todo muy limpio, Muchas gracias por su amable asistencia en todo🌸“
