« Staff was great! Caring and helpful, room was good. We left our “still enjoying the room” tag on our door one of the days and the cleaning staff doesn’t go through those doors ( totally our fault) but when I walked to the lobby for extra towels and extra pillows my wife wanted, the staff went out of they’re way to get us what we needed. Super kind and we had a great stay »

« I have stay here when I come to Pleasanton rather it’s just for a visit with families or family with health issues. Clean property and quiet. Never had a problem with management always been a good experience. Arlene Sweeney »

« Dormir avec boules quiès dans un établissement de ce niveau là est toujours gênant. En effet, d'énormes ventilateurs soufflent toute la nuit côté piscine et ils sont terriblement bruyants. Si le service bar et restaurant est impeccable, l'accueil n'est pas arrangeant, que ce soit pour justement de changer de chambre ou pour rallonger un séjour... Service minimum. »
