Beautiful Spacious Home

This lovely home has three distinct levels, which was perfect for our family of 6, including a toddler. First floor living room is comfortable, and the front, closed-off office was terrific for a working holiday. Primary bedroom and large shower on main floor as well. We really appreciated the full basement. Upstairs are the other bedrooms as well as a large loft. So much space! Oh, and the screened porch was very welcoming. This was one of the most well-stocked homes I’ve ever stayed in, including beach gear in the garage. Beds are comfortable. Washer/Dryer are large and work well. Booking was easy—we only had one small problem with the access code, which was resolved quickly. The neighborhood was spread out with lots of room to walk. Although the home is a duplex, we only knew the other side was occupied because we saw their car. Very quiet. We were offseason, so I can’t speak about the pools, but they look fun! Parking rules are strict, but I really can’t blame them. The roads are narrow so I suspect it can be a challenge in the season. Several cameras outside. Two small gotchas if anyone in your party has mobility issues: (1) There are a few steps into the house, either via the front door or garage and (2) Both the main dining table and the table in the basement are high-tops. For us, a perfect stay in a lovely, quiet location, convenient to both RB and Lewes.

Fantastic Lewes retreat

Fantastic property with more than enough room for multiple families. All aspects of the process went smooth from the reservation, check in, communication and check out. Property management was transparent and communicated regularly with us throughout the process and even reminded us of the check out process. The home is large and laid out with more than enough space to accommodate multiple families and generations. We thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen preparing large dinners and the entertainment space after to enjoy everyone. Highly recommend the linen package as the process was flawless and very easy to manage. Defined will look to this space again when we return to the area.

Late July Stay in Lewes, Delaware

The 11 in our group which included young children through older adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay. THe community that the home was located in was well maintained(as was the house itself) and in what appeared to be a very safe area. The week we rented the house was mainly sunny with temperatures at 95 and above. The house a/c worked great throughout the house.THe kitchen was well stocked. There were no complaints about the sleep accommodations. There was an excellent community center with a large pool, rec room and pickleball/tennis courts . There was also a cafe/bar open on Thursday afternoon through the weekend at the pool area. Rehobeth Beach area was approx 25 minutes away with traffic . It has a number of shops and excellent restaurants as well as a well maintained boardwalk/beach. The only item I would mention is related to the grill . Upon inspection it appeared that it was not looked at/used or cleaned in some time and the ignitor was not working. We were able to make use of it after a good cleaning by lighting with a match. Any minor issue (e.g. expired water filter in the fridge, the front door lock not opening on the first or second try at times and the grill) we had was communicated to the property manager so that they could address it before the next rental period.None of these dampened our appreciation of the property. Our notes were responded to promptly each time. All in all the property was an excellent choice for us to make.

Lots of space

Very well designed for an extended family of nine. Plenty of different kinds of spaces: basement with pool table, screened-in back porch, balconies, second floor lounge, front porch, study, and great room by kitchen. Only issue was shortage of functioning remotes to match the large number of TVs. Otherwise, our every need anticipated and provided for.

Family get together

We had 3 families that came together from De, Tx and Fl. This home was perfect! We had plenty of room for everyone and the house had everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed the screened in porch and loved having the basement for games. We also went to the pool which great! Overall it was a wonderful week . We definitely will be returning!

Great vacation house

This was a great fully-appointed home with wonderful coastal decor. We really enjoyed the fantastic rec room and back screened porch too! I would rent again…it had everything we needed. The Coastal Club was a super quick hop in the car to spend time at the pool and trips to Lewes and Rehoboth Beach were short and easy.

2021 Family Vacation

First off we had a great time, the house was beautiful & the neighborhood & clubhouse well we could not have asked for more. We did have 3 issue's of concern. 1) The coffee pot was not functioning property,, I did call the contact person & for what ever reason they couldn't resolve the issue.. They did tell me I could go get one & they would reimburse me... 2) When we arrived we found both trash cans full. I came to find out that trash pickup is Wednesday, (Said cause for problem..) That said I didn't like leaving 2 full cans for the next folks, I did ask the Club house if there was a place I could take the trash & they weren't much help !! Maybe 2 more cans would help the situation some. 3) I thought there should have been a few pool pass's included with the rental.. All that said it was a great time at a beautiful home & community. BEST (Really!!!) Vacation rental E V E R !

They house is perfect for ages ranging from age 3 -70. Room for everyone to enjoy themselves ...quiet spaces for reading, separate floors with TVs for kids vs adults vs toddlers. An amazing kitchen fully stocked with spices, dishes, cooking supplies. A HUGE refrigerator that kept a weeks worth of food cold. Plenty of ice. A fabulous gas stove. A wonderful propane gas grill. A huge modern washer and dryer. A lovely screened in porch. Extra blankets for chilly nights. WOnderfully comfortable beds. A great rec-room with a pool table and bar. A great place for the kids to hang out. Both an indoor and 2 outdoor pools, a large hot tub and a fitness center for guests ($15/day or $75/week per guest). The house was spotless ...such a wonderful find. Aslo, great neighbors!

Great getaway room for all

We rented this home in September. It is a newly built and well appointed home. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything you need for preparing and serving. There is ample space for gatherings. We had various family come throughout our stay and had plenty of room to accommodate everyone. The basement is such a cool hangout spot. Coastal club is a few miles from the beach located near Five Points in Lewes. Five Points is a very congested area so be prepared when you venture out. Also, to use the facilities at Coastal Club you have to buy weekly passes. The don’t offer daily or weekend passes. That information would have been helpful before we arrived. We did not use the facilities. There was a gas grill and they moved it to the garage and asked us to grill on the driveway which was really awkward since the driveway slopes down. We did get to meet the neighbors we were lovely and helpful. The screened in porch was a perfect spot for morning coffee and evening wine. The development is laid out nicely and has a trail for walks. We had everyone from seniors, adults, teens and children and there was something for everyone. Thanks for such a lovely time

Great Lewes Trip

The home was wonderful and only three months old. The house has a wonderful common area of kitchen with a super counter, a dining area and a recreation area with huge TV. It also has a good and large porch. We loved our bedroom and big bathroom with a great shower. The house had several bedrooms that we did not use because it was only the two of us, but the second major bedroom upstairs and three other bedrooms would easily accomodate eight other people comfortablly. The house was very clean and almost brand new. The house is also only about 4 miles from Lewes and Lewes Beach on the bay, and five miles from Cape Henlopen on the ocean. We love Lewes as a real hisstorical tonw and heaches, Steve was also help as the property manager! Best, John and Claudia
