« The host's communication skills were amazing. His response times were fast and he remained flexible throughout changing needs. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and safe. It was close to many grocery stores and a short drive away from the mall. The house was everything we expected and true to the listing. It was clean. There was more than enough bedding provided. The check in and check out processes were uncomplicated and stress free. »

« I would give zeros if possible. One star is the lowest rating possible so I had to go with that. We touched base with host the day before our reservation. We arrived at the property (complete with groceries) only to find out the property was NOT available due to a long term rental. We had the code to the door and were able to walk in on someone else’s stay. That was incredibly dangerous and disrespectful for all parties.
