Apartment Little Ferry – Die perfekte Ferienwohnung finden

„Everything was great“

„I was there in the summer, and it was a little hot. The AC is good you just have to wait about a half hour to feel it working after you turn it on. Also the main lights are from the kitchen and the bathroom, but there is a floor lamp and two windows that help keep things lit. The bathroom was really nice and the water pressure was good. The bed is super comfy and the tv was the perfect size for watching fifa!“

„The room was clean and in a great location. The apartment is only accessible via staircase. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks!“

„The leaking toilet had having to mop up each flush was a bit inconvenient but the rest of the stay was great.“

„Really liked the walkability. “

„Great place“

„Pros: Really nice apartment with an unbeatable location near the park and great restaurants. 3 minutes from the 1/2/3. Nice balcony and good wifi, with a little kitchen stocked with cookware essentials. Bathroom is recently renovated and nice. Aside from some linens (see below), the place was very clean. In the one conversation I was able to have with the property manager, he was polite and friendly.Cons: The apartment shown in the listing photos is not the apartment we rented. It was comparable ...

„The picture is of the front building & the apartment is in the back of it. So it isn't a street view but it is nice and quiet being in the back building. It is behind a hooka lounge so they can be a little noisey at night. Other than that, i felt safe, it was clean, the host was amazing at communicating and with instructions. The room was nicely stocked with everything you'd need. Stayed 4 days and loved every bit of it. A huge plus was that everything was walking minutes nearby- target, coffee, ...

„The place was very clean but felt quite bizarre starting with the door of the apartment which had many coats of black and white paint and papers ripped and sticking here and there. It really looked quite scary. What made the apartment feel bizarre was there was no real living room. It did NOT have a couch or table as in the photo on line. The previous living room and dining room had been turned into a bedroom which had two large (double or queen) beds and the bunk bed (as pictured) with a ...

„Great place, very clean, spacious studio and nice quiet part of midtown on the“

„The host was difficult to reach and choose to communicate by text instead of using the VRBO site. It was really hot in New York and the AC didn't quite do the job.“
