„The home is very well maintained, stocked and COMFORTABLE! Nice and peaceful and close to lots of restaurants and close to the gulf. The host is extremely friendly and responsive. We will definitely come back. Another bonus is the super comfy master bed/bedroom. We enjoyed watching the birds, fish and manatees from the patio!“

„Das Haus übertraf unsere Erwartungen! Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl in dem Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Betreuung durch Familie Gillert und die vor Ort Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung waren sehr hervorzuheben, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. „The house is a cute, very clean and comfortable that made us feel like we were at home. And questions or issues the owner was quick to respond. Gave us plently of recommendations for places to visit and places to eat. If we return to Punta Gorda we would definitely stay here again. We will definitely be recommending to our family and friends.“

„Bei 93F haben wir vor allem den Pool rund um die Uhr genossen, endlich mal keine Pool Hours. Die Vermieter sind total lieb und sehr gastfreundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber und da wir Grill und Herd/Backofen draußen nutzen konnten, war alles prima. Als Zwischenstopp für uns optimal.“

„We had two couples stay at the unit and it served our needs well. It was clean. It was nice to have the 3rd bathroom. Greg, the host, said the unit was available for early check-in. Although we didn't need that it was appreciated. We were able to use the pool and that was fine. The only minor complaint was that one of the bathrooms was out of TP and there wasn't a spare square anywhere. We walked the neighborhood every morning and felt completely safe.“
