I’m recovering from Achilles tendon surgery, so I grabbed the downstairs suite. My husband and daughter took the two upstairs. The beds were extremely comfortable and I loved the walk-in showers. « The place was a comfortable size for the two of us with a nicely stocked kitchen and reasonable bathroom. The full size fridge was a plus. The location was absolutely amazing with such close proximity to downtown, Lee Martinez park and the Poudre River trails. »

« Nice upgraded cute place! Super convenient to CSU, easy to get to the historic downtown, easy check in check out. Parking right at door. As you can see from the pictures it has a spiral staircase up to the bedrooms, so if you had little kids that might be tricky but easy for my teen! »
