« Property owner was very nice and responded very quickly. The apt was very clean and I was more than pleased with my stay. Easy walk or drive to downtown Hardy. The neighbors were very nosy all night but that’s really the only complaint I had. Everything else was perfect. »

« We watched the eclipse from the pretty patio looking over the Spring River. All was relaxed and friendly. Some may dislike the steep driveway, but there was plenty of parking once you get up the driveway. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the Hardy area. »

« We love this house. This was our second visit this year. It’s cozy and quaint and the hot tub is very nice and private. The living area and decks sit up high and you feel like you’re in a treehouse. We love it!! The host was so easy to communicate with. We will be back! »

« Myself, my husband, and my father in law came out fir Easter weekend. The property is as described in the listing. We did not encounter any issues. Nice and quiet right on the water. We were able to do plenty of fishing off the dock and right off the deck. We really enjoyed our stay!!! »

« The cabin itself is comfortable and perfect for those who come to the area to enjoy all the outside adventures this area has to offer… During our time here (Thanksgiving) it was too cold for us to do a float trip, but we got in some hiking—the area is beautiful! « We have family in Mammoth Spring and Ash Flat, so we will become regulars! The outdoor setting was so relaxing! From sitting on the porch rocker listening to Willie, Waylon, and the boys to watching the stars and grilling with my pups. « Stayed here for Christmas. Absolutely adorable property. So clean. So inviting. So cozy. I ended up staying an extra night which was painless to arrange. Host is very accommodating and fast to respond to my questions and request. This place housed 2 of us very comfortable. Even has a bathroom upstairs in the loft bedroom. I will def be back to this property. Was a great experience, do yourself a favor and go ahead and book :) »

« Upon arrival I was not impressed with some of the "junk" like old RV's, etc. around the area. We arrived late so it was hard to see and find the house. I was a bit nervous due to what I could see. The area is old and run down. The house wasn't as clean as I thought it should be. The towels and cookware need to be replaced.
