« The pictures of the property were accurate. Beds large and comfortable. However, the host did not answer his phone the few times I called. I had to call the help line for assistance and information on how to enter the property. The Host lived in the first-floor unit. He seemed confused when we arrived however, we arrived 30 minutes early. Two days before we were leaving the owner of the unit called demanding that I ask the Host to pay him money owed for our renting the unit. I called customer...

« The place was very clean- entry was easy as soon as we realized how to find the touchpad :)Super convenient via subway if needed. I ended up driving on this trip, and found street parking easily (and within one block).Would highly recommend! »

« Mary was an amazing host! The apartment was cozy, quiet and very clean. The private fenced in yard in the back was a plus. Minutes drive to everywhere Montauk. Would stay again hands down. »

« The area is clean and peaceful. We felt comfortable walking and parking our car. Everything works well for us in terms of the space, the lights, wi-fi, and communication with the host. Peter was patient and helpful throughout our stay. I love this high ceilling apartment that we keep in our mind for our next trip to Newark. »

« We had a great stay at the High Tide for our family of 4, just a few minutes walking distance from popular Beach 98. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained. Great communication from management. There is a ton of great food spots all over Rockaway Beach and the High Tide is close to many of them (recommend Uma's, Claudette, Roasters, Bungalow Bar, Tacoway Beach, the decadent frozen pina colada at Connelly's, and pretty much everything at Beach 98 and Beach 105). « This was a great property and a great location in Brooklyn. It was close to the public transportation we wanted to teach my son to use. The owner has updated the rooms. The kitchen was fully outfitted, so when were were exhausted, there it was for some light cooking, or quick breakfast. The bathroom has a cool and classic subway tile style. First rate. We're already considering another trip. »

« The property is at a different location than the listed address. But the location was good, stores and supermarket was close by. The property is really nice and well kept. The amenities all are updated and beautifully put together. My overall stay was really good the place served its purpose. The Host Sean communication was good and helpful.Thank you for a beautiful stay. »

« This was a beautiful space for us to spend Thanksgiving. The subway was a nice 20 minute walk and the neighborhood and neighbors were friendly and interesting. The space was restful, homey, and included everything we needed. Our host was helpful and always available with great information before we arrived. I can’t wait to return. »

« Great neighborhood. Has an easy walk to the corner store that has great bagel sandwiches. Walk to the subway line clear, making travel around NYC simple. It is summer and place has air-conditioning but only in the main area with no fans so stuffy in the bedrooms - if you have travel fans, bring it.Heads up, they changed the siding and it is light grey, no longer yellow.Also, something I forgot to look up before hand, no iron or steamer. »
