« The room was adequate , nothing fancy, but TV was difficult to get working, and no instructions. However, the breakfast was horrible, unless you're a big fan of honeybuns and yogurt for breakfast. Ugh. »

« The entire facility needs to be redone. Lots of things are falling apart. Walls needs to be repaired starting in the lobby and inside of room. The outlet covers in the room were broken, there were two toothbrushes stuck in the drain in the sink. The smell in the room was so bad, couldn’t tell exactly if it was from water leaks or the fridge was too scared to open it. »

« This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. Moldy bathroom, broken couch, filthy bedding and pillows. Food splattered all of walls and lamp shade. I left and was promissed they would approve my Expedia refund. They ignored Expedia's phone calls and emails. I have sent them text, emails and tried to call. I was also ignored. I will be reporting this hotel to Cooperate, and the following Chatanooga offices: Health Department, Better Business Bureau, The Chamber of Commerace, Tourist...

« It was way too hot and humid in the room for me. Walked in and seen a huge dehumidifier in the middle of the floor. Was not aware of it and was highly disappointed with the temperature. There was also black marks in the shower leading me to believe it wasn’t cleaned properly. »

« Property was in impeccable shape. I build a lot of hotels, they did a great job on that one. Nice staff and food was a lot better than expected. Hotel and resort food usually lets us down. Not this trip! Great wine list at Auld Alliance. Bryant, 100 Acre, SE and Sassicaia to name a few. Lunch out at the pool was excellent. We will be back. We love places that have the food and the wine! And we live 2 hours away. »

« The pillows looked like they someone had just been laying on them, the bedding looked "clean" but doubt it was. We had to wipe the chair off and there was a brown substance that came off the chair on the rag. The hand towels and shower towels were stained, again doubt they were actually clean. The room was a smoking allowed as it was the only one they had left but it smelled way worse than a smoking room should. I will be asking for a refund as the description, pictures, and cleanliness did not...
