« It was way too hot and humid in the room for me. Walked in and seen a huge dehumidifier in the middle of the floor. Was not aware of it and was highly disappointed with the temperature. There was also black marks in the shower leading me to believe it wasn’t cleaned properly. »

« The hotel is very noisy Inside and out. You can hear the traffic, but also the elevator and the neighbors. No accessories in the bathroom: no cream, no cotton, etc. No usb c No bathrobe or slippers for the pool. Too bad for the price »

« The entire facility needs to be redone. Lots of things are falling apart. Walls needs to be repaired starting in the lobby and inside of room. The outlet covers in the room were broken, there were two toothbrushes stuck in the drain in the sink. The smell in the room was so bad, couldn’t tell exactly if it was from water leaks or the fridge was too scared to open it. »
