„My time-share is always in job condition the front desk staff, Monica of Member Services and the pool staff (Emilio, Gabino and Chema) take care of all of our needs. They keep the building looking great, the vegetation, the DJ at the in-door bar and the live music at 12 Tribes are always a treat. They assign the same housekeeper for the week. This is a smart idea. Betzaida kept our 2 bedroom apartment emmaculate. She even made towel toys for my grandson.“

„The property itself is absolutely breathtaking! Gorgeous and relaxing. The staff is incredibly friendly. However, I gave 4 stars because we never received our VIP free bottle of wine or credits, and we didn't receive our mini bar until the day before we checked out. Also, we had an issue and had to change rooms. The 2nd room wasn't quite as nice. The fridge leaked, and the initial sold was to unplug the fridge. We had to complain to actually have it properly fixed. “
