„Very nice small and quiet Hotel near the Av. Presidente Masaryk. Close to shops, Restaurants and Bars. Located in Polanco and also fast to achive from the Business area. I will certainly come back and I highly recommend it.“

„Der Checkin war schnell und reibungslos. Das Zimmer im 14. Stock mit schönen Blick über Polanco, entsprechend einem Hotel dieser Kategorie. Allerdings wurde der Aufenthalt extrem getrübt durch einen kompletten Ausfall der Wasserversorgung. Von 09:00 bis 11:30 am Sonntag gab es im ganzen Hotel kein Wasser. Wir mussten ungewaschen frühstücken, da um 12:00 checkout ist, hatten wir ziemlich Stress, damit wir wenigstens einigermassen pünktlich, sauber geduscht das Hotel verlassen konnten. “
