« This home was perfect for our stay. My group of 5 girls and a dog stayed for a wedding weekend and it was exactly what we needed. It was centrally located so that it was only a 10-15 min ride to any of the events and activities we had planned. « If you’re looking for a small, secluded, modern-rustic house for a small group, this is one to consider. Great views and location. House was VERY clean; a few housekeeping “issues” were identified and relayed to Jeffrey who was quick to respond. Although we only stayed 2 nights, Jeffrey was a top-notch host who was in constant contact to include dining and activity suggestions to make sure our stay was an enjoyable one……which it was!!!!! »

« We absolutely loved our stay here! The location near the beach is perfect; what a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Of all the places we stayed on our trip this one felt the most like Maine. Maybe it was the beautiful character of the restored older home or the great, peaceful location near the water. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Spacious cottage (in a resort full of cottages) nicely located to visit Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and a day trip to the Portland coast. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc to make it easy to cook. Large table for family game nights. Great beds! The front porch and lawn were better for hanging outside. The back patio area is small and needs cleanup but we did not need it. »

« We stayed for 2 nights. Upon arriving we immediately noticed mouse traps in every room which was a little unnerving; however, there did not appear to be evidence of live mice in the house. The towels did not smell fresh in downstairs bathroom. And the water pressure was terrible. If the downstairs water was running, there was no water in sink upstairs.
