« The house was exactly as described. Everything was clean & in place. Comfortable beds and loved having 2 king size rooms with private bathrooms. Great place to spend time with our family. Definitely going on our fav list for Arvada! Hosts were very attentive when we contacted them. »

« Everything exactly as described. A little tricky to find once you get out of your car. Couple of gates as you walk through the back yard before you get to the Welcome sign on the last one. We were not fans of the Murphy bed. It’s a bit squeaky. Plenty of towels. Having a washing machine was a plus. Bathroom is very nice. On street parking was not an issue during our 4-nite stay. « Stayed for a week with family. The host was responsive and the place was clean. A few minor things. Apparently the neighbors are a big problem so we were constantly worried that there would be an issue. This put us on edge the whole week. This was especially true since we couldn’t park in the garage (It’s too small for a full size SUV.)
