Luxushotels Lourdes – Tarbes

„First of all, Marie at reception was the very best person in your hotel. Very smart and always frinedly and helpful. Howver, the Belfry is may a 4 star, but not a 5 star hotel. Too many details are missed respectively ddidn't work. In our bath room there were 2 empty bottles. We told it to the room service, but nothing happened during the 3 days we have bee in your hotel. „Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das junge Team: freundlich, motiviert und stets bemüht, den Gästen zu helfen. Das Engagement war vorbildlich. Was aus meiner Sicht etwas gefehlt hat, war eine erfahrene Fach- oder Führungsperson, die dem Team bei komplexeren Anliegen zusätzliche Unterstützung bieten könnte. Trotzdem ein insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.“

„Our family has such a fantastic time! The Owners are incredibly kind and hospitable, the property is very clean, and it is a good distance from Lourdes and the surrounding area. The homemade French breakfast was also a highlight for us!! We would absolutely stay here again!!“

„Nice rooms (suites) with lounge, w.c., bedroom, shower all in different rooms. Very convenient. Spectacular views - the entire property is laid out so that you overlook the golf course and view the Pyrenees. A bit remote but worth it for relaxation and fair price. Restaurant staff were very helpful. Limited menu but good food. Great find.“

„The property is located on the hillside above Argeles-Gazost. Quiet, serene beauty surrounds you. The rooms are lovely. The amenities include a lap-pool, hot-tub, and sauna. The host, Anne, takes loving care of her guests….Individually cooked breakfast, assistance with dinner reservations, recommendations of local sites to see, and a truly delightful person! Don’t doubt her suggestions — we thoroughly enjoyed everything she encouraged us to try or do!“

„Super Unterkunft und tolle Leute. “

„Netter und schneller check in, bett und kopfpolster sehr bequem, gut geschlafen, das ist das wichtigste“
