« Chambre grande est confortable. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour son parking sécurisé. A 20 min en voiture de Graceland. »

« Acceuil normal sans plus, mais ils peuvent faire mieux. Porte de la chambre qui frotte et qui bloque, idem pour la porte de la salle de bain. Réveillé par un pickup à 5h de matin, qui faisait chauffé son moteur sous ma fenêtre. Frigo qui fait un bruit incroyable. J'ai reporté tout ça à l'accueil, qui m'a juste dit "désolé". Aucune intervention de sa part. Je ne vous conseille pas cet hotel. »

« Worst hotel I have stayed ever. Everything was old and looked dirty. Even towels looked not washed properly. Free Breakfast was a joke. Just muffins and sugary juice. Broken coffee machine. They have only one person at the front desk in whole property. Avoid if you can. »

« Their breakfast was awful. First day was there they were out of waffle mix at 7 am they opened for breakfast at 6 took about 30 minutes to get it refilled. Their coffee was very weak could read a newspaper through it. Second day they had biscuits and gravy only thing at 8am they were out of biscuits and the lady said that they were frozen they put some in the oven and they probably won't be done until they get ready to close at 9 am. Will not be staying there again. Room was not very clean. »

« I couldn't tell you how clean or anything when I got there they said couldn't give me a room because of maintenance issues. Sent me to another hotel . They didn't have the room I needed I needed two king beds instead I got 1 king and sleeper sofa which was not what I pay for. The air conditioner wouldn't stay on would work just about 1 hr then turn itself off then I have to turn it back on. »

« Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property »

« I checked in very late after driving for hours. The receptionist wasn’t friendly. She appeared to have an attitude for some unknown reason. The parking was horrible, due to being full, with only two entrances- side and back. The back entrance is pretty far from where I had to park. That’s something to consider if you’re traveling solo. The grounds were clean and nice, as well as the lobby and room. I absolutely hated the layout of the hotel. However, I was very comfortable inside the room....

« Quite place. Friendly staff. Pool was closed and didn’t know it until we had checked in. Building needs a makeover. Breakfast was fair. »

« The hotel is pretty new and clean, and our room was clean as well. Access is confusing, as the hotel is situated in a shopping center and there was no sign we could see. Food was our only negative. Better eat before you arrive. We tried to call the Overland restaurant on the top floor to get dinner, but they would not answer the phone. Tried multiple times and their website says reservations suggested. You can’t make a reservation when they won’t answer the phone! The other closest restaurant...

« Very nice place to stay. Rooms were pretty clean. Beds were, too. Aside from the usual things you can't tend to control at hotels, like kid's noise, heavy steppers on upper floors, and running water from nearby rooms, this hotel is a great stay »
