« To no fault of the property owner, the cleaners had not cleaned or changed the sheets before our arrival. We had to call Evolve Travel, whi had to track down the owner. The owner was unable to get a hold of the cleaners, but was gracious enough to give us the code to the shed where clean sheets were kept. The floors were filthy!!! The top of the toilet tank was off because you had to jiggle the parts for it to flush correctly. The owner had obviosly bought all new sheets, towels,kitchen utensils...

« We come to Higgins Lake every year for a family reunion. The cabin was clean, modern, tasteful and met all our needs. Joe was an excellent host, and responded quickly to any questions and needs we had. It’s also a lovely sight in a beautiful setting. Highly recommended. »

« This property was all as described in the description. One of the funnest parts was watching canoers go by and get caught up on a log and flipped over. If you are looking for that kind of entertainment. This place is for you also. Pretty good chance we will come back next year. It's really secluded and away from everybody.
