Kleines aber feines Appartment im Zentrum Lemberg
Sehr schönes Appartment aber wie gesagt, ohne Rezeption. Neu renoviert, schön, gemütlich, sauber. Das einzige, die Bettwäsche wurde in 5 Nächten nicht ausgetauscht, ein klares Manko. Sonst sehr zentral gelegen, vielleicht zu viel Lärm am Abend. Sonst wunderschön im wunderbaren Lemberg

Perfect location 50 metres from the main square and a very short walk to another square and the opera house. Clean and warm, with a washing machine, detergent and drying rack. It is in a lively district but the apartment we stayed in was on the top floor and we were never bothered by outside noise. No elevator and no place to store your luggage, but a pay-to-store area is a 2 minute walk away.

PERFECT APPARTMENT AT THE HEART OF THE CITY CENTER
Perfect appartment at the very heart of Lviv old City Center. Very decent appartment with almost everything you might need. Perfect and very fast communication with the owner and he is also very helpful about all the questions you ask. And the location is beyond perfect, at the heart of the old city center, so you can walk every hot spot of the city. The only thing is the building is a little old and stinks. But both the building and the neighbourhood are safe, so these shouldn't bother you at all.

Ideal apartment for one or two in central Lviv
Very comfortable apartment, super warm with radiator and also underfloor heating - in fact too warm with the spring beginning... no other complaints, lovely deep bath, all newly redecorated, and tastefully too. Small, and kitchen must be called ‘compact’ but everything there. And right next to the main square, quite a bonus for looking around in the old city...for these reasons, of course, not cheap, but not too expensive either. Good communication, recommended for one or possibly two people.

The best place to stay in Lviv
It was absolutely perfect. Definitely the best place to stay in Lviv in this price range. Clean, spacious, centrally located. High ceilings and the old staircase were really enjoyable. This will be my top pick when I come back to the city. The only issue might be that the place is not exactly quiet, but that's not surprising: the apartment is located just a few meters from the market square.

Perfect place for ypour stay in Lviv !
Excellent apartment in the heart of charming old town Lviv. Elegant, well equipped and very comfortable place to stay . It was nice to have heated ceramic floor in the bathroom and the hallway. The place was spotless and the owner very pleasant with good level of English. I'm coming back in the fall of 2021.

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. You are right we don’t have check in desk as we are not a hotel we have several apartments in historical buildings located on different location near Rynok square. We ask our guests to tell the time of their arrival and wait for them at the building at arranged time. We are welcome to communicate with our guests and give them more information about the location of the chosen apartment and how to get their. Our phone number every guest gets with the booking confirmation on Expedia. The mail and messages you got one day before your arrival was to help you if you are the first time in our city. It is not very clever to give not valid mail or phone number as your contact. We are looking forward to welcoming you in our apartments.

Bästa centrala live i Lviv. Restauranger, barer , butiker, och nattklubbar runt knuten. Det enda är att den ligger på en gågata så man får bära sitt bagage ett par hundra meter. Lägenheten var i toppskick. Dock tredje våningen utan hiss. Nytt kök som har 2 gasplattor och kylskåp. Bestick, glas, tallrikar och kastruller finns. Balkong finns utanför ytterdörren för den som röker. Bra handdukar och tvål och hårtork fanns i badrummet som har ett stort badkar. Jag saknade schampo. Fräsch 160 bred säng i sovrummet. Bra och fin garderob fanns också.

Not good
This apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building. There is no elevator, the staircase is old and shabby. The hallway has a bad smell of a sewer. On the 4th floor, on the staircase and not too far from the apartment door, the neighbors have set a smoking spot. The smoke fills up the entire space and as you go up or down the stairs you have to inhale this stench. The apartment itself had a mildew smell in the bathroom. The worst thing is the bed. It is ROCK HARD! We could as well sleep on the floor and feel no difference. We were sore and stiff after every night for all 18 nights spent there. If they didn't have a non-refundable policy, we would look for another place immediately after the first night! The bed was HORRIBLE! The apartment is spacious and that's about it for the positive side. There is an ongoing construction on the street, both in the building in front of this apartment and one house down the street. There is a constant banging starting at 7 am, so don't count on getting enough sleep in the morning. Also, loud music and noise on the street till 1 am is a norm. There is a street bar right below the windows and a lot of people hang there all day long. Another negative thing was that the owner did not accept the credit card because "the amount was too big for their bank to accept". Be prepared to run around looking for an ATM to get cash to pay. I am not satisfied at all and will not recommend this place.

All these buildings are old and historical and of course middle age old stairs way are not very welcome and has no elevator. This information is written on website. The central area is very crowded and full of tourists who enjoys the city and wants to have fun. All our apartments are located in very center where all historical places and most of popular bars restaurants and cafes are also located. Our apartments have good windows and if they are closed nothing is felt. We understand that it is not very comfortable to feel reconstruction noisDear Lana, thank you for your review. We were hearing nothing from you for these 18 days even when we asked if you need cleaning or other support to help you. We accept credit cards and really have limits for day charging. Not to disturb you for several times we offer you to pay in cash. You are welcome next time and don’t afraid to ask for anything even if you have not refundable rate we always ready to support all desires and wishes. See you next time!

Bright clean flat, great location, excellent value
When I arrived, I didn't have a great feeling walking through the building and up the stairs to the flat to be honest. The building was quite old, run down, and derelict. But, the flat itself was lovely, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was excellent, pretty much within the central square, close to everything. In the evenings it can be noisy at times because there are bars in the area, but it doesn't carry on all night. My only gripe was that there was some confusion over the address of the place. I went to their office to collect the key rather than the flat. At checkout, they didn't arrive when they said they would to collect the key. This was very inconvenient because I had someplace to be. Other than that, I was satisfied, and would stay there again. Considering the quality of the flat and its location, the price I paid was quite low. Great value for money.

NICE APARTMENT AND LOCATION BUT..
I satyed in that room for 4 nights. The room was elegant, in a great location and the relatives of the owners were great people (I had a contact with the owners only through whats app, I've never seen them). BUT: 1) The building in which that apartment was located was very old, dirty and scary. 2) In the bathroom there wasn't any shower gel and shampoo, there was only liquid soap. 3) Noone cleaned the apartment or change towels and sheets all these days. 4) The water didn't flow in the toilete for some hours, for 2 days continuously. Finally the first day the problem fixed after 4 hours and the second day after 30 minutes from the relatives of the owners.

You are right we have just a soap in the apartment and we clean apartment once a week. All our apartments are located on different addresses in pedestrian Rynok area. They are located in casual old historical Lviv buildings and it could lookes scared for active modern men. The address of every apartment is written in the name of every apartment. an excellent welcome by the staff. I was travelling by train and there was a delay of 90 minutes. The manager as well a the taxi waited for me despite the late hour : 00:30. I did very much appreciate. It is not easy to find its way at night in a city when you do not speak its native language. The studio is well located very close to the commercial area and place of interest.

I stumbled into this apartment rental. Turns out it is right on the corner from a European treasure. It is right across from the Lviv City Hall. It is about 100 yards from where the most famous Polish of the last 100 years worked as a young man. I was surprised to see all the pilgrims there and only found out why after I arrived. Beautiful city. If you don't like people being happy and singing loud songs in chorus at 2 in the morning, then this is not the city for you. Better to go somewhere else. And this apartment is right in the middle of it all. Beautifully decorated.
