We neededto wash the dishes when arrived as dirty. Only 2 towel wassort of clean. All the rest weredirty and stinked so neededto wash them. Dirt and dust in furnitures and on the floor. NOT recommend this place 1 Tower 15 L studio. Owner did not take any responce. »

« Units Wifi did not work even when property manager came to help connect. When you walk in the room, mold smell hits your nose immediately and there was mold all around the bathtub. Blanket smelled like it hadn't been washed from the previous renter, pillow had spots of blood on it. Private beach is a 8-10 minute walk, this building is not beachfront. I would not recommend staying at this location »

« We had awesome stay very responsive host that I really appreciated, beautiful beach which is walkable from the unit. My son enjoyed the pool. Grocery store around the area so as fast food. We travel a lot to the city during our stay Tops, Anjo World, SM seaside,Safari,Ocean park and more we pay so much to our commute back and forth for like 1000 pesos depending on traffic so if you want beaches and quiet places this is the place for you to stay. »
