BEST hotel ever seen Staff friendly and cooperative.smiling faces and know how to treat guests in best way. Kaaba wiew is excellent and a Lifetime experience. Nama in service area was friendly and helpful and tried her Best to solve the things in better way . In Restaurant Hafeez was a Nice friendly person with smiling Face.Suleman and Ibrahim were Nice . The staff in the hotel are amazing. Starting from the baggage carriers to cleaning staff every single person is very wonderful and goes above and beyond to accommodate you. My first room was really run down with very few toiletries.. Had to upgrade and paid close to 700$ per night. Gym area was closed due to maintenance. Overall the faculty is definitely not getting better. For this price it has to feel like luxury not just bare minimum.

The room service, gesture person with welcome drinks and dates was an amazing host with a smile one cannot forget. The prayer room was amazing for elders not being able to make it to all the prayers!

My favorite. In general the customer service in Saudi Arabia is poor but it is very good in Fairmont Mekka… someone spent the plenty of time teaching them the meaning of customer service. Good food, good rooms, good view.

At the Al Haram doorstep. You can see the grand masjid from some rooms. In the 29th floor restaurant, you see the tawaf taking place. The views of new/old Makkah are stunning.
