« Room was nice; staff service was excellent! They went over and beyond.
Complimentary breakfast was great however itd be great if they refill food soon especially the salad (i like their salad!)

« The hotel is situated in the town. I have a friend with coming feom the US. The hotel itself is nice and clean also closer to the places to visit but walking around the area is not pleasant at all. It was a great stay over all. The hotel staff are great and the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport is a plus which was awesome! Keep up the good work Marison Hotel. »
« The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up »
« First night ni wifi access to the TV, was able to change room, 2nd day No buffet breakfast instead ordererable breakfast due to lack of guest, last day run out of breakfast meal options had to wait to get more food for the buffet, should have receptionist when having buffet breakfast for easy management of guest and able to anticipate how much more food can be served, need morr staff to handle large group of guest at a time. »
« The staff at Bernese Resort was very friendly and promptly attended to our needs. Staff were cleaning all the time , theyâve been there since place started operation.The kitchen staff were so nice , even served us our favorite breakfast on our last day.My only complaint is thereâs no place for us to put our bathroom supplies but overall I will recommend the resort. »
