« What a fantastic weekend we had. Multi-generational for celebrating birthdays. House was so accommodating and very comfortable for all of us. We cooked, we grilled, we enjoyed the pool and the beach right across the road. It felt like a private beach. Our host had an abundance of beach gear and we took advantage of it all. Beach chairs, canopy, paddle boards, balls, plenty of towels for everyone and even a wagon to bring our stuff. They even had bicycles which we didn’t have a chance to use. We...

« It was a very cute cottage . It was well stocked . Plenty of dishes ,cups , coffee pot etc. the towels were plush . Great set up and nice size . The host gave us plenty of space , didn’t know they were there . Communication of instructions for parking (3 spots) check in etc all good. Pleasant stay convenient to town 👍 »

« The house was just as it’s described and pictured. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We were visiting family in nearby Punta Gorda, so the location was perfect for us. Overall the neighborhood was quiet. The home is close to Veterans Parkway and 75, which we could hear at times (just rush hour times), but not overly loud. The proximity worked out well for us to get to where we needed and quickly! Manasota Key Beach is about 45 mins away, which is loaded with shells. My...

« Had an extended Prospect Wire tournament in the area with my oldest son. The house was PERFECT! The remodel was done really well. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. We needed an extra night at the last minute and the host was extremely accommodating with our schedule and our needs. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay at a great house. »

« Great property had everything that u would and could need very clean and spacious felt right at home. The only issue was we weren’t alerted as to an issue with the pool and when the pool guy would be coming. Came home to a guy in the lanai of then found out it was the pool guy and then woke up to one in the back yard maybe put up some blinds to the back window so it’s more private.
