« Parking space was difficult to locate at night with leaves covering curbs. Host should disclose that a tenant resides in the basement portion of the townhouse. »

« Good space. Clean. It is a basement unit at a home where the host lives, so there was some upstairs footsteps & activities that are heard down there. Everything was comfortable, but there’s no thermostat down there to adjust the temperature settings, do you are at the mercy of what the host has it set on.Overall good experience. »

« Beautiful house in a beautiful location. The house was very good for relaxing and hanging out with old friends with its open concept. Bedrooms were on the small side but functional as were the bathrooms. The kitchen was very nice and a nice coffee bar was provided with a Nespresso machine and milk frother. »

« This house was beautiful, a nice quiet neighborhood. Out of the busyness and traffic but very just a few minutes from everything you need. The house was very clean and put together. We felt comfortable and at home. We ate at Jimmy's old town tavern which was great food. We are from near Buffalo so this was a great pick for food. We went to the Great Falls park. We enjoyed our hike and the falls is beautiful. I highly recommend staying here. »

« Overall, the stay was good. We didn’t know the basement also being rented out until we dug into the fine print. We only learned there were other guests in the basement from hearing their activity, then their smoke alarm going off from a cooking incident. The keyed locks on either side of the door gave us some peace of mind for privacy & safety, but it wasn’t ideal and felt a little awkward. Previous guests left vaping paraphernalia and tape covering smoke detectors. Some were not reachable, and...

« The home is absolutely beautiful and pristine, as was the decor. Amenities were above and beyond. The outside grounds were beautifully landscaped and the patio furniture was comfortable and lent itself to the gorgeous views. I would highly recommend staying here.
