Hotel Mandan

« The hotel was in poor shape. The motel halls and elevator really smell. Elevator is very shaky and seems very unsafe. . The photos online are not updated. The water park is partly shut down and suitable for older kids. Would encourage water shoes and filthy around the pool deck. We had no hot water. I tried to tell the desk but nobody answered and I waited for 20 minutes at the desk and nobody was to be seen. The second night our tv stopped working as well. Expedia was great and got us a refund...

« Property looked more like apartments than motel. Room was excellent. Had all amenities and provided a good nights sleep. Easy on and off interstate. »

« Enjoyed the room, staff, and stay! Thankyou »

« This property is an older property. It was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had. They had a cook in the kitchen who made eggs to order with hashbrowns, bacon or sausage. It was the best continental breakfast on our 6 day trip. »

« Chambre correcte Personnel agréable et serviable Petit dejeuner moyen »

« Under renovation, there was a notice in the room with a fee list of items to purchase or that would be automatically added to your bill upon check out if the items were not found alarm clock was on the list as $90 there was no alarm clock in the room. I better not get charged i called the front desk immediately but if my card gets charged for something I didnt take i will be upset. And obviously the staff doesn't check all items in between room rentals so I dont know. »

« Bien situé. Quelques petits resto à distance de marche. L’hôtel commence à se faire vieux et est dû pour une cure de rajeunissement sérieuses. Le restaurant est ouvert seulement pour le déjeuner. Personnel courtois et chaleureux »

« When my regular hotels were booked- I tried this one. It was clean, well kept, and the bed was comfortable. It is an older hotel but it has been updated. Air was good in the room. Close to a lot of good places to eat- Wal mart and Costco up the road too. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and would not hesitate to stay again »

« Tv didn’t work. Room phone didn’t work. Toilet made gushing sound every 5 seconds. No warning that pool would be closed for renovation. Ice machine broken. Entrance area smelled like weed. Breakfast sucked. I called front desk from my own phone about the tv and room phone. He just said he didn’t know and had no interest in helping or moving us. »
