mixed bag here. its not a hotel. you are renting a condo from someone in cebu who has staff here. owner has several units across many buildings. you arrive at a parking garage and have to find the cluster that your room is part of. a cluster is just a glass room in the corner of the parking garage and each garage will have several. i suggest figuring it out before you arrive by messaging host. otherwise you are talking to building staff which dont really know anything about your reservation but try to help by calling the owner or its staff. a confusing mess.
I got double booked and instead of saying anything they just put me in a room that was 1/3rd the size of what i paid for. then they just tell me the right room is unavailable but they can transfer me to it tomorrow. and they offered me like a 50% refund for the day. i was like no.... this is 1 room I booked 3 as an apartment. not only is that refund insufficient but also this wont fit everyone. they offered me a second room to compensate and because i did not want to find other accommodation i accepted. the second room was a 5 minute walk away in another building. it split up my family. i wont book through these guys again but you might have better luck.
