Two days were sunny and beautiful, one day it stormed and the entire porch was wet and all of our items outside blew off the deck, that’s a coastal storm for ya. Could use a little TLC. Very dirty ceiling vent in living room, probably needs new filter in otherwise well functioning heating system. One bedroom door nearly off hinges!! Definitely needs fixing!!
