Das Hotel vor 10Jahren war bestimmt in guter zustand,aber jetzt!!! Enttäuschung pur!

- Gut: Zustand der Unterkunft
Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand. Lobby sauber und gepflegt. Die Reinigung der Zimmer ist sehr oberflächlich. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Restaurant- und Barmitarbeiter dürfen an mehr Kundenorientierung und Freundlichkeit arbeiten. Insgesamt ist die Atmosphäre sehr kühl. Trotz direkter Strassenlage hat der Lärm nicht gestört, die Fenster sind gut isoliert und Lärmschützend. Die grösser der Poolblick-Zimmer ist optimal. Zu fuss ist der Strand und der Hafen von Puerto Banus in maximal 15 Minuten erreichbar. Auto wird trotzdem empfohlen um die Gegend zu erkundigen. Das Frühstück ist normal aber gut, nichts weltbewegendes.
