« Everything you need for a perfect, relaxing holiday. Fantastic location, apartment has everything you need, extremely comfortable and clean. Views from lounge windows are fabulous and constantly changing, no need to turn on the tv when you can watch the sea and everyone coming and going. Am absolutely in love with Broadstairs and would definitely book the same apartment again. »

« The property was of an ideal size for us and our 15 months baby. It is very quite, surrounded by fruit trees orchards and farm fields. Despite arriving later than expected, Steve was present to welcome us and brief us on the house an surroundings. « We (six adults and three small kids) enjoyed a fantastic stay at the cottage. Good amenities in the cottage, ample space for sleeping, playing and eating and great surroundings. An ideal place for a family outing. »

« Tides cottage was perfect. Everything needed was there plus some little extras. Clean and tidy perfect for us as a family. Parking was never an issue with just a short walk down some steps to the house. Centrally situated for all the places we wanted to visit- even the teens found something to do. to visit. »

« Sarah and her son were fantastic hosts. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely cottage in a great setting too. Good size and dog/family friendly. Comfy bed & sofa & the equipped kitchen was handy. Would certainly stay again! »

« The property is in a lovely holiday park and the surrounding area is great. The property itself is comfortable and fairly well equipped. The problem is that small changes could make it better. The tv is shocking, needs a new cable. I did contact the owner who said he would look in to it but this never happened. One of the mattresses in the twin room needs changing desperately, it completely sags in the middle and is not comfortable. There is also an electricity meter you have to feed £1 coins in...

« A very clean and well presented property. Good location as just a short walk into town or to Stone Bay. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again. »

« The flat is just as pictured. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable, and it was spotlessly cleaned. There is some street noise, but that will be the case anywhere in the city center. I only mention it so I can share the tip to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Communication with Deborah was fast and smooth. The location is perfect—a few minutes walk to anywhere in the city center. Highly recommend. »
