Noisy room because of the doors
Labyrinth to get in the room wit no lift and a lot of of stair.
Only the staff at departure was kind

« The room was very hot no Airton
The emergency green light was on at night and I didn't sleep because of it
Paid extra for grandson to stay over extra bed and breakfast he didn't sleep because his bed was directly under the green light and whe we went for breakfast to be told that they had no record od this I had paid 17.85 extra went to reception and they suddenly found the booking
Finally the green light went out one morning and a bright white light came on at 4.50am to let me no the there had...
