„The structure was good but it's a lot darker inside than expected, even with all the lights turned on. There is a lot of junk in the woodshed and in the yard that lent the entire property the feeling of being rundown. Also, there's a lot more cleaning that could be done. There were cobwebs all around the outside of the door and the front porch which could be cleaned up with one quick brush. Also, and I fully understand that it is an animal friendly property, but the smell of wet dog was so ...

„Mossy Rock Cabin is a comfortable, well equipped cabin, perfectly located to explore the historic towns of Harpers Ferry and Shepherdstown. The interior of cabin has been tastefully updated, using thoughtfully selected materials, fixtures and furnishings. The internet works well, including streaming video. The cabin is a short walk from access to a pleasant, calm stretch of the Potomac River, ideal for easy kayaking. From booking to departure, communication with the hosts has been ...

„Wonderful cabin in the “

„We stayed in this home (sponsored by Tony’s Blue Maple company) as we have stayed many times in his rental properties. This means, I trust his homes and the people that work there to make my stay top notch & safe. The place was amazingly clean. The beds were very comfortable and fresh. The AC units were working great as we stayed during a very humid and heat wave time 6-29-26 through 7-3-26. It was miserable outside and comfy in the house! We had an issues with the WIFI and took about ...

„The house has real potential, but also has real problems. It needs some maintenance in a major way. The toilet won’t flush. The faucet in the bathtub fell off. The grill had not been cleaned in so long that it broke out into a fire. When communicated these problems with the host, the response was I’m sorry for the inconvenience. We will have our handyman fix it after you leave. Frankly, I wanted it fixed while we were there. They also did not provide the necessary materials for cleaning dishes. ...

„The stay was good, we would rent a cabin again. At this property an extra roll of toilet paper would have been appreciated. We didn't use the hottub, we enjoyed the fire pit.“

„Everything was great. We had a small problem because we lost a key to get into the property, but people at the resort helped us get in contact with the owners and we eventually go back in. Though we could not enjoy all that the property had to offer because of some temporary physical issues, it was a great place to stay. I highly recommend this property.“

„Convenient location, responsive would stay again.“

„I will say that the floors, sheets, blankets, and towels were all clean. Very disappointed to find trash all over outside including the fire pit. Tools were scattered all around along with multiple blades in the driveway (luckily we didn’t get a flat tire). Above the sink on the light in the bathroom was a syringe with needle just laying there. The cabin smelled like cigarettes. The keurig didn’t work. And the hot tub when I finally got it turned on couldn’t be turned off. When we went to ...

„In the hustle and bustle of the electrical contracting world, this place was a perfect retreat from the grind. The hot tub was amazing and the views were even better. The cabin was very comfortable and the AC worked very well and thank goodness it was 100 most of the week. Will be taking other adventures soon and you’ll be at the top of the list for communicating on future endeavors.!“
