"Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet und sauber. Es gab genügend Platz für die Reisekoffer, nur das Wifi Signal war nicht ganz so stark. Das Badezimmer war geräumig und gut geschnitten. Die Aufzüge waren schön groß und es war gut, dass es dort mehrere gibt, das hat Wartezeiten vermieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und das Zimmer war schön ruhig."

"Very well located hotel, just around 5 minutes away from Sapporo station. There is a swimming pool and a sauna there, which is great. It is however to be mentioned, that the swimming pool option is at extra charge, even for guests. The staff was in general absolutely great and very welcoming, despite of the check in - at the check in one might feel, that the hotel was a little bit reserved in welcoming foreigners - upon my request, i was being told there are no day trip options from the hotel at all. One day later i figured out, that there is a bus travelling directly from the hotel to one of the nearby ski areas - only with reservation, which i was not informed about. Overall a good hotel, and a good value for money. Thank you."
