„I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!! “

„We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 “

„We did not get check in information, when we called VR BO they said they would cancel our reservation and someone would call to assist us with another reservation…they never did ! An hour later we got a call from the owner and got check in information at about 8:00. The property was great. This was disappointing since we had just had a reservation canceled in Florida with vrbo and was also told we would be contacted when the host canceled a 18 night reservation…again no help.
