The heating and cooling unit’s caulking showed signs of leakage (there were brown stains on the caulking). There was no clock in the room. The lighting was very poor. « We only spent one night at the hotel, but it was just perfect. Beautiful property with well appointed rooms. We will absolutely stay here again in the future! »

« Locarion was excellent, The experience had the potential of being desirable, with the exception that on 2 nights (we had a week long stay), they somehow neglected to service our room. After a full day outside, you expect to come to a clean room, but that was not the case. With proper attention to critical guest amenities, it would have been a different story. « Great location »

« Only issue was parking. Garage was full which apparently never happens but then we had a difficult time parking and had to pay for valet. Valet charged more than was posted at the entrance and literally just left my car right on the street for the night. »

« Dont expect service of any sort that requires humans. They dont have a kitchen for lunch/ dinner etc. so food has to be delivered (to the front desk). If you expect a sofa bed to be made (booked a king suite for 3 people) - dont bother (pick linen up from reception & make your own bed). »
