« After sleeping two nights out of a three-night stay, we noticed the duvet was covered in urine. When I brought it up to the front desk, they said "sorry, you check out today, correct?" Like "oh well." I said "No, we have another night here" He replied, "ahhh, do you want a new blanket?" I am sorry...WHAT?! You have to ASK that?! I replied to him "Yes I want a new blanket; I want all fresh bedding-this is DISGUSTING!" They changed the bedding, stocked some towels but left us with no hand towels...
