« The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance. We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. « Awesome time, quiet and close to the airport. »

« 2 things i didn't like. -The pressure of the shower was too low and the water was cold. -Internet is up and down. The breakfast is homemade and fresh. « This property is excellently run, beautiful inside and out, and the service is first-rate. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room. « The property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service. That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great! « The resort is an awesome place. The only small improvement is related to the staff behavior. In general, staff is really kind and ready to help, but sometimes is a bit lost in their answer or a bit too oriented to specific guests (VIP people, big groups, European, etc.) at the expens of the others. »
