« Unfortunately my stay did not start well as my email had been ‘lost’ and I was not met at the airport, however after a phone call this was sorted. Staff are very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do more when I arrived and during my stay. My chalet was very nice, it’s a bit hit and miss whether you get hot water but a lukewarm warm shower was welcome after a hot, long journey. « I never normally leave reviews however the team outdid themselves during my stay. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I mistakenly left important documents at the hotel which could not be replaced easily. Doreen went out of her way to ensure i had copies of these sent over within an hour or realising and going to find them in the hotel. « We liked that the facility was clean and maintained. It was a little concerning that the evening we were there a bunch of men and women were walking around the lobby with towels only on. Seemed to be doing some type of massages and steam room. Not very family friendly however. Also the pool is not lit after dark so you can’t see your kids in the pool. Had some very loud guests in the pool. As soon as we said something to the attendant she asked them to be quiet and leave the pool. »
