„Clean rooms helpful and friendly staff.“

„Staff is not really friendly and breakfast is pretty boring, every day exactly the same stuff plastic/paper cups, plates etc. for an European pretty low budget and a lot of waste“

„We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!“

„Book it! I loved everything about it safe and comfortable and clean. No complaints“

„We’re told truck didn’t come in so very limited to no breakfast for first two days. Had to eat elsewhere“

„Great staff! Great breakfast. Very clean and nice. They also have a score of 100!!“

„Gratis Parplatz. Hotel 10 Minuten Fußweg von Carowinds Park entfernt. Gutes Frühstück Buffet.“

„Convenient location, clean and comfortable rooms, good experience“

„Sauberes, gut gepflegtes Hotel.

„This hotel satisfied our needs for a night. The hotel is showing its age, especially the carpeting in the hallway, but the rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was an included breakfast which had quite a few choices.“

„Very convenient nice and clean hotel.“

„Tolles Hotel mit sehr netten Personal. Alles tip top! Sauberkeit, Service, Internet und Zimmereinrichtung!“

„Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. (Nice to have hot water immediately in the bathroom, too.) Being located near two busy roads, the noise level was a little louder than other places where we've stayed; but, our sound machine came in handy and muffled the outside traffic. The staff was delightful, very helpful, and supportive. Breakfast was good; similar to most other hotel buffets. We also appreciated the security feature using the elevator.
