« Our stay was highly disappointing because the house was not guest-ready and primary amenities were unusable. We paid for a premium rental but spent our trip managing maintenance issues.The hot tub was a major letdown. On arrival, it was dirty and the water was so low the pump was gurgling. Even after we filled it, the tub never reached a usable temperature. Despite 56 degree weather, the host insisted it was operating as designed. It is misleading to advertise a hot tub that cannot maintain heat...

« The house overall was good. The upkeep could have been a lot better. There are a few boards on the floor that are coming up. There is a brick that is loose in the family room. In the hallway bathroom, the rack on the wall is broken(a screw is missing) It did feel like the house(inside and outside) was not professionally cleaned in awhile. We came across a few spider webs and spiders in a few corners of the house. We couldn't really enjoy the outside scenery because there were spider webs...

« The house was very well kept. Our only complaint was that the beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. We enjoyed our stay there. The layout was perfect for our family. The grill worked for grilling hamburgers and the table seating worked for our large family-9 adults and 6 children. One suggestion would be to supply coffee filters that fit the machine there. Normal filters don't fit. »
