« We live in northwest Indiana and a few days before our stay, tornado wind conditions hit our area. The damages were massive and we are still without power. In trying to notify ANYBODY about our predicament and cancel or change our dates all I seemed to get was AI stuff. Every message from them was like they had no idea of our previous communications and said I could not cancel for a refund but could change the date for double the original price.
