„We had an amazing stay in the most beautiful place on Caye Caulker. Ron and Rhonda were wonderful hosts. We experienced the best customer service with manager Gene who coordinated our snorkeling excursion with Mario’s Sailing and my Advanced Open Water Dive course with Oliver at French Angel Expedition. Gene’s coordination with transportation to and from the island was flawless. Recommend flying versus the water taxi, the view from above was breathtaking. We are definitely going back! “

„Paid over $600 US for three people, decided to leave San Pedro earlier than planned due to harassment by hawkers, emailed Amelias explaining would not be checking in, told no problem, go to hotel in person before arrival date for full refund. Went two days before, was told by owners wife there was no record of my booking, no record of my payment or my name, the rooms were already re-rented, and to discuss it with her husband, who was out of country and unavailable.“
