« A nice place. The beds were comfortable. The welcome pack was nice (coffee, dish soap, laundry soap, snacks, in separate packs). The negatives are that there are people randomly knocking at our door, a few stranger characters and the housekeeper showed up 40 mins before checkout saying she was there to clean the room. My wife told her we will be leaving at 11AM (checkout time) and she rolled her eyes. »

« Bring your own towels and blankets, they do not have extra. You get one small towel for the beach/ pool and they expect you to wash them. I messaged on the app to get more towels and blankets and no one ever responded, called the number 3 times also, saw some lady cleaning and she said they can’t give out extras you are expected to wash them. « Lovebugs were flying around inside the bedroom until we bought some Raid and killed them. We didn't sleep in the bed because they were flying around and a few were in the bed (I removed the bugs from the bed) and that just gave us the heebie jeebies. We slept on the futons in the living room. I didn't take pictures of the bathtub because I was in the tub when I saw the soap scum on the shower shelving and the hair on the wall.
