This 3-bedroom upstairs home sleeps 6 and sits right behind Dromana's cafés, supermarket and takeaway shops, so you won't need the car. Off-street parking for 3 cars, air-con, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and self check-in make it an easy base for families and friends exploring the Peninsula's wineries, hot springs and beaches.

THE SPACE
You'll have the whole upper floor to yourselves, with your own private entrance. The ground floor is a separate home with no internal access, so your space is completely private.

The deck is where you'll spend most of your time: a 10-seat outdoor dining table, a gas BBQ and smoker, and views towards Arthurs Seat. Perfect for long summer dinners.

• Bedroom 1: queen bed
• Bedroom 2: double bed
• Bedroom 3: two single beds (great for kids)
• Full bathroom plus a second separate toilet, so there's no morning queue
• Open-plan lounge and dining with TV and air-con
• Full kitchen: 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine with milk frother, toaster, kettle, plus all the pots, pans and crockery you need

After the beach:
• Garden hose downstairs to rinse off sand
• Fenced backyard with a clothesline for drying swimmers

Parking: off-street for 3 cars, with extra street parking.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided. Beach towels aren't included, so please bring your own. Please note: the home is upstairs, so there is a flight of stairs to reach it.

CHECK-IN
Self check-in with a key safe. Arrive any time after 2pm; checkout is 11am. We're based in Melbourne, reply fast, and will send your check-in details the day before you arrive.

• 2 min walk: Dromana beach and the Bay Trail. Walk or ride 5km to Rosebud or Safety Beach.
• Around the corner: cafés, supermarket, takeaway and massage
