This apt is no frills but very convenient to south bank and Crown casino. IKEA furniture; generally bare walls. Great closet space. Sitting on the toilet we got to look at some huge stains on the bathroom walls and the bathroom itself smelt of smoking. Shower/bath needs a thorough cleaning especially the tiled areas - Unfortunately the owners use Ready Set Stay to manage their apt which meant that getting a few things fixed upon arrival was impossible (TV didn’t work when we arrived and the glass doors and glass balcony were in putrid condition but the rest of the apt was clean). With nothing fixed as promised 24 hours later Ready Set Stay stopped answering my messages. So I contacted Vrbo directly and requested the owners direct number. Once I finally spoke w the owner the issues were fixed within two hours. My bed was comfy. The second bedroom bed was firm - too firm for our daughter. This apt could be wonderful w some decent furniture, a couple rugs and some art on the walls. Currently it’s overpriced for the quality of the decor. Putting guests through the pain of dealing w Ready Set Stay being the managing agent is a definite mark against this place.
