„We came from out of state for a funeral. The home was a calming, peaceful place to return to after an emotional day. Our little dog enjoyed the back yard. Some other family gathered with us 1 afternoon to visit on the back patio & play a game of cornhole. The house was clean & fresh & had all the amenities we needed. Would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Terrel.“

„The place is across from the SMU football stadium and a short walk to most of the campus. On a busy road (Mockingbird), the house had everything we needed - lots of room, four bedrooms with comfortable beds, etc. All as the online listing states. The host was friendly, welcoming and easy to reach as needed. Thank you!“

„The place was great, but unfortunately, there isn't enough space for a pool. However, a small one could still be cool. A very nice place.“

„I would NOT recommend this property to other guests. There is lacking effort in guest comfort. The home is nice, but the weeds, spider webs, cold hot tub, watery hand soap, thin, old, rough towels, fence broken, and lack of information that all bedrooms are upstairs AND the number of beds on listing were sub-par. The agent’s response to being locked out was excellent. Her lack of response about the pool was disappointing.“

„The cozy cottage was ideal for our short stay in the Dallas area. While located next to the main house at the end of a cul-de-sac, it is still very private with beautiful landscaping and courtyard area. My wife was able to work remotely from the cottage while I was away and loved the nostalgic design of this old cottage. The owners were very nice and hospitable throughout our stay.“
