We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. „Great location, pet friendly, comfy beds and pleasant hosts. The house is a great size and ready for a family with a dog. This was a good fit for us moving our daughter into college from out of state with our dog. The house is definitely older and has character, it just needs a lot of TLC. Older furniture, paint chipping, things missing, bathroom needs updating, and some older home quirks, especially with electric. If these things get updated, it would've been a 5 star review. „My family and I stayed here for our first trip to Salem and it was the perfect spot for a weekend trip! The renovations are gorgeous, my mom really loved the bathroom. And there was plenty of room for all of us. It was easy to get to and is an easy walk to all of downtown. It was very easy to get a hold of the host if we had any questions. Truly a beautiful spot and would definitely stay again. “
