"Hôtel très agréable , luxueux et très bien situé , 15 petites minutes à pied pour arriver à l'hypercentre et au Duomo, une vraie promenade, personnel chaleureux , chambre spacieuse et confortable , le roof top est incroyable, absolument tout Milan est visible, l'ancien comme le Moderne même les Alpes. Il y a un très grand parking très spacieux pour 23 Euros par jour si vous venez dans cet Hôtel à seulement 5 minutes à pied, facile à trouver et accessible même avec vos bagages. Mon Épouse et moi y retournerons avec grand plaisir"

"Pas de machine à café dans la chambre. Seulement sur demande. Et toujours tien après avoir demandé 3 fois. Très peu d’articles de toilette dans la salle de bain. Pas de crème corporelle. L’hôtel fait de petites économies au détriment de sa qualité. "

"This is not a hotel. There is no human contact. There are Only 4 luggage storages for the big travel bags and they were all full . If you can’t store your luggage, you are referred to bounce website to store it yourself and pay extra. The place is new but the toilet smells and at night you can hear the sound of a tram outside. You can only get in contact with Ai 🤖 or robot if you need to ask a question. You will get an Ai response until someone handles your request, it could take few hours or until the next day. There are better places nearby for the same price and with better quality. I don’t recommend this place and will not go back again."
