6/10 Satisfaisant

All windows were blocked off with transparent plastic panels and plastic leaf ‘curtains’ for top floor privacy so the place felt confined. This two-bedroom in trendy Roma Norte is actually a former roof-top open-air common area with a canvas roof stretched over top of the living area. A fourth floor two-bedroom place without an elevator so if you have Mexico City altitude fatigue the stairs feel like you’re on the tenth floor. The a/c fan turned up high mostly blocks out the neighbourhood barking dogs. The kitchen is under-supplied for cooking utensils. So if you want to cook a few meals (I assume all guests eat at local restaurants) a six-day stay like we had means you have to improvise to cook a meal. This place is fine for a couple days but a week is not advised due to the stairs, etc.
