Parking

Valet parking is available for guests who wish to use this service. The following rates apply:

• 1–2 hours: $20

• 2–6 hours: $30

• Daily maximum: $45 + applicable taxes and fees

Vehicle Retrieval Time



Due to the location of the parking facility, traffic conditions, city events, and the distance between The Crosby and the vehicle storage facility, retrieval times may vary.



Please allow approximately 25–30 minutes for your vehicle to be delivered.

No Smoking Policy



Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking inside the unit, including odors, ashes, or cigarette butts.
