Das Hotel ist sehr modern, es gleicht einem 4 Sterne Hotel in Deutschland. Das Zimmer in der oberen Etage war schön gross mit Ausblick zur Landebahn des Flughafens, das war wirklich beeindruckend. Trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Flughafen hörte man die startenden Flugzeuge kaum. Leider hörte man vom Badezimmer aus, speziell im Duschraum immer mal wieder ein klackern was wohl von den Rohren kam. Das war nervig in der Nacht, sodass wir um Zimmerwechsel baten. Der Zimmerwechsel klappte hervorragend mit dem Personal des Hotels. Leider klackerte es auch im neuen Zimmer gegenüber im Bad, eher sogar noch mehr. In der Dusche befand sich am Boden in beiden Zimmern schimmelige Stellen. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht unbedingt empfehlen im Hotel. Es ist allacarte und man muss unheimlich lange darauf warten bis es kommt. Die Damen dort sind etwas langsam. Das Frühstuck ist auch recht teuer. Die Poolarea ist süss, haben sie aber nicht genutzt da ich erkältet war. Alles in allem kann ich aber dennoch das Hotel empfehlen. Bis auf das klacketn im Bad welches spiradisch auftritt, kann man wirklich gut schlafen.

Gutes Hotel für den Start der Florida Ferien. Naha am Aurport gelegen. Zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber hochwertig erstellt, daher wirklich noch eine gute Adresse.

modernes Hotel auch wenn die farbliche Gestaltung etwas „Altbacken“ in braun Tönen gehalten ist. Sehr großes Zimmer. Viel Platz für die Koffer. Bett recht hoch durch die Spezial Matratze die sich je Bettseite individuell vom Härtegrad einstellen lässt. Wer hier nicht gut schläft ist tatsächlich selber schuld. Badezimmer ebenfalls sehr groß. WC ist separat abgetrennt. In der Dusche ist eine komplette Glasscheibe zum Zimmer. Durch einen Rollvorhang lässt sich hier Privatsphäre schaffen, wer will. Restaurant im Hotel ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen und erspart die Suche im Umkreis nach einem Restaurant. Trotz direkter Lage am Flughafen sind die Scheiben schallisoliert und der Fluglärm ist nur minimal bemerkbar.

The air was not working well in my room so I went to the front desk who was suppose to get someone to come and fix it. It was never fixed so I went to the front desk they offered another room at about 11 p.m. and that room was just as hot if not hotter.

We stayed overnight, to fly out of Miami the next morning on vacation. The hotel is clean, very friendly staff, and had a great restaurant and bar to enjoy on property. The shuttle was perfect the next morning, and we were able to park and leave our vehicle for a very reasonable price. Excellent choice and so close to the airport!

Stayed one night. Check in was east. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is a plus and it is under cover for this hot sunny Miami days! This hotel has the best windows! Absolutely no airport noise and spacious and comfortable room. Would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioner did not work well and the shower leaked all over the floor. The mini bar was set up in a way to rob you blind. DO NOT EVEN TOUCH THE PRODUCTS OR YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR THEM.

This was by far the most painful hotel I have ever experienced. The beds are too high to get into without extensive effort and pain. Getting back out is also painful going over the wooden bed surround as you slide off. There was only one chair to sit in and the arms cut painfully into our thighs. And the tiny tile in the bath is painful to walk on as well. It was a miserable two days. The staff were good about fixing what they could, but it wasn’t enough to make our stay anything other than a misery.
